The Soul Connection To Playing An Instrument

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe........As I sit here strumming on my classical guitar, I begin thinking about just how much this instrument has given me over the years. Playing my guitar has been a dear friend that has lifted me up from heartache and has always brought my spirit to an elevated place of happiness. It's been a major stress relever in life. I believe playing any instrument can help you express yourself in ways you could never imagine. Those of you who play any instrument understand what I mean. My guitar is a part of me. I am who I am today because I chose the guitar years ago. Actually, what I really wanted to do was to become a hippy rock star and travel the world....

What I am really trying to say is that playing any kind of an instrument can add so much to your life. It can be the most theraputic adventure you could ever explore. It can take you places, and heal your soul. I could talk all day about how wonderful playing an instrument can be. But first you have to decide whats good for you. It might take awhile to see where your passion takes you. I'm just saying..... you are never to old, or to busy to give it a try. So go to your local music store and begin exploring your options......You will be glad you did!!
