We Can Change The World

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe!! Here I am sitting here thinking about my life and my relationship with this planet and our universe. How can I make a difference. How can I solve all the problems in this world. Am I working hard enough to create peace and love out there. There is so much going on in this world and within each and everyone of us. We all sit back and watch the hatred that seems to keep manifesting around us, swirling around and around. Its getting larger and larger like an wild uncontrolable tornato sucking us all in. My heart tells me not to become self absorbed by the negitivity that over shadows us. But the realty is that all this daily reinforcement of hatred is a powerful source that is being manifested and created by us when we dwell on hate.

I believe we all have the freedom of choice to to change our reality. Thoughts about violence, fear and all the worries that we like to invest our time into thinking about everyday only creates more and more negative energy within us and around the world. We are all connected!!!! So this is reality... If we are more mindful of our thoughts and feelings on a daily basis, we can actually change the world and ourselves! We are the ruler of our own destiny and our life.... Radiating Love and Peace is the only way to change the world!

As a Reiki Practitioner, my role is to Inspire Love and Light. By learning not to surppress anger.... but to talk about it and not to Worry.... but to show Graditude. Remember kindness spreads kindness. It's all a powerful state of being!
