Good Morning from the Garden Cafe.....When times are difficult in our lives, there is unlimited strength that flows from your soul. 'the strength of the body changes and declines as time passes, but the strength of the soul endures into eternity.

Find a quiet comfortable place and gently close your eyes and begin to quiet your thoughts in order to experience deep serenity and calm. Take seven deep, slow, even breaths. With each breath, relax each muscle in your body. Begin by relaxing each and every single muscle of your face and neck. Then start to relax your shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers. Move down your body and relax your chest, your abdomen, and your back. Then relax your thighs, calves, feet, and toes. RELAX.

Visualize now a warm, golden sun. Feel the rays of this golden sun flooding through your entire body, and feel your entire body filled with warm, golden, healing light. Imagine yourself standing before a tall beautiful tree. Look at the branches, stretching towards the sky. See the canopy of peace for you as you sit beneath it, resting comfortably against its sturdy trunk. Feel the warmth, Feel the quiet and the peace. as it settles over this place and around you.

Now feel your inner strength expanding within you. Become like the mighty tree you are resting against it. Become a pillar of strength. Know that your soul is t he core of your inner strength. Feel your strength expand from that place. Strength fills your heart and flows thoughout your entire being. Feel this abiding strength within. Now stand and face your tree. Look at its branches soaring skyward. Feel yourself soar with strength. Now stand slose to your tree and wrap your arms around its trunk. Feel infused with its energy. Rest your cheek against its bark, breathing in its woodsy fragrance. It reminds you of God's presence.......Feel renewed. Your inner strength is restored.
