Staying Healthy During This Cold and Flu Season

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe........Wow this has been a really tough for some of us who have been struggling with this cold and flu season. As soon as you think you are amazingly healthy WHAM!!! Your sick and I mean really sick!! It's scary..... so my advice is to load up on 1000 mg of Vitamin C, Zinc, B Complex daily. Focus on your immune system. Taking Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are really good for your health, especially your digestive sytem. Your body is full of good and bad bacteria. Probiotics are a helpful bacteria because they help keep your gut healthy. And then guess what you stay Cold and Flu free!! Staying on a Alkaline diet of raw foods that neutralize the acidity in your body can also prevent diseases and keep you healthy. It just seems so simple and so very easy......
