Good Morning from the Garden Cafe! What a wonderful snow covered, frosty Friday morning here at the Garden Cafe. A great place to begin your morning sipping on your hot cup of coffee and snuggling up at the stone fireplace and enjoying the conversation and self introspection that seems to flow through the cafe about what is the Spiritual Awakening happening all around us.

Metaphysical Sciences considers metaphysics a science, the most basic reason is that thought affects matter. This has been proven simply by adjusting your attitude or thoughts about your self, others, or the world in general. These teachings assist spiritual teachers as they pursue their life purpose and work, learning to live with integrity and grace, while teaching others to do the same. It's about exploring the mysteries of the consciousness. It's the teachings of new age concepts, including holistic theology, enlightenment, spiritual education, and meditation classes.
