Spirited Relationship Transitions

Good Morning from the Garden Cafe!! What are the benefits of a happy relationship? We hear too many stories and have experienced relationships that just didn't work out. There are only two things in life that are certain and those are death and taxes. Unfortunately whatever the transition or challenges that are causing you to consider the question of whether to " stay or go" or how to handle these "changes" and "transitions" in our relationships and lives that are partically responsible for our degree of happiness we feel in life.....we all go through them.

How do we go through these transitions with as much peace, love and even joy as possible?

Here are some ways to move through transitions with grace and love for yourself and for others....

1. Recognize what you are feeling and know that it will pass. Your emotions are like clouds passing by and they will eventually change and move on.

2. Be patient with yourself and take the next step. If you are in the middle of a transition, you may not be ready to hear that this change will actually help you to become a better, happier person-if you choose to look at it that way.

3. Keep your " eyes on the prize " (where you want to go, do or be). These changes and transitions could be fun and exciting. If your current "story" for your life isn't working for you, you can always change it and create a new story that does work for you!!

4. Finally, gathering a support system around you will empower you to do and overcome anything in life!! Relationships can actually become better, healthier as we transition in life.
